Not Just A Feel Good Treatment
Back rubs are something that I feel everyone loves right?
Ever since people were kids their mom or dad would give them a back rub as they fell asleep at one time!
What’s interesting is there are a lot of people out there that thing massage therapists just give back rubs to people….this couldn’t be further from the truth.
Now I’m sure there are some massage therapists who basically just give back rubs but there are a lot more who are focused on their craft and actually getting people well.
I’m not sure if you have had a massage before but personally, they have never done much for me. Like they would just feel alright to me and I wouldn’t get much benefit from them.
A couple months ago some new massage therapists started working out of the office so I figured I HAD to give it another try!
Check out the video below to learn more about Lisa and her practice.
I was obviously a little skeptical heading into getting my massage because I have never been a huge fan in the past. I couldn’t have been more wrong as this was the best massage ever!
Massage is something I will recommend people to do in conjunction with chiropractic care because they somewhat go hand in hand. If a massage therapist can help get out any sort of knot or imbalance in the musculature that is going to allow the adjustments that we give to last longer. Longer lasting chiropractic adjustments means that the person is going to function better and feel better for longer which is the complete goal behind what we do in the office! We are super excited to have them in our office and able to offer this great service.
If you are interested in a massage or have any other questions feel free to contact us

Can Neck Pain Cause Headaches
When I was a kid we went on a couple vacations every year. Growing up in Wisconsin during spring break heading south was pretty standard for many families. After months of frigid cold temps and snow, the idea of traveling to warm weather was very much welcomed!
What a TMJ Headache Is Telling You
Have you ever eaten a bunch of starbursts? When I was in high school I would always get starbursts from the vending machines. I would go through the whole pack in the course of an afternoon…at the same time I would notice that my jaw would get a little sore from all the chewing I would be doing…as they can be quite hard sometimes!
